A design concept by the name of Finder, is a little device for all of us who misplace essentials, like your phone or your keys. Finder is a two-part RFID Locator comprising of main transparent terminal and a series of small tab stickers. Basically you are supposed to stick the tracking stickers to objects that you tend to misplace often, like keys, phone, wallet etc. Configure the sticker with the appropriate label on the main terminal and you are set to use it.

Next time, when you have misplaced your keys, simply use this device to scan your room and it will point out your missing possessions and their approximate distances from where you stand.

I believe with innovations in Mobile technology, this feature might be integrated in mobile phones soon.

Color Picker Pen is an Innovative concept pen by Korean designer Jinsu Park that allows you to scan any color from your environment and instantly use it for drawing. The color is detected by the RGB Color Sensor inside the pen, then the red, green, and blue inks are mixed together to create the desired color. The concept pen kind of adopts the eyedropper tool of photoshop or color picker tool in MS  Paint for real life.

The sensor of the pen detects the color of the Apple & now the color is mixed using the cartridges in the pen and color is yours to use now.

The pen has a RGB color sensor at the tip and a color scan button beneath it. The lower part consists of RGB cartridge as a refill of Pen and there is a display that shows the current pick color as well.

Although it doesn’t seems to be cost effective, but kudos to technology things which made the life easier in image processing tools like photoshop & paint is now available for real world too.

                          

A new kind of USB plug-in, provides an USB port when occupies one. There is no limitation of the USB port of labtop anymore.

With the invent of Universal Serial Bus (USB), a Number of hardware manufacturers have adapted USB to power up their devices. It includes a large list from USB Modems, Flash drives, Webcams, Data Cables and the list goes on . With the growing need of USB ports, laptop is getting smaller and the USB ports are getting less and limited.  Gonglue Jiang’s USB cable concept solves this problem by using a USB cable that incorporates both male and female ports which allows you to chain your USB devices.

While using the Infinite USB , when there is a new USB device plug in and occupied one USB port, at the same time, it provides one more USB port which can be further used to plug another USB device. If more and more USB devices are designed and plugged like this then there won’t be any limitation of the number of USB ports anymore. The colorful design helps users recognize the device easily, and makes a series of USB plug more vivid.  Also the designer have provided an external power adapter that will supply more power for the USB line, if there are many devices using a single USB port @ a time.

This concept has also been awarded IF concept award 2010.

HTC HD3 Release Date :

The release date that has been included with the leaked specifications of HTC HD3 is for November 2010(exactly one year after HD2).

Now that sounds like we have a glimpse of what phone of the year 2010 would be looking like. I am expecting a price upto 1000$ for the same the former being close to 700$.

                          

Ipad Screen is made of glass which means it’s super delicate.No Rough n Tough attitude goes with it.

Apart from docking connector, no other external media like hard drive, USB drive or camera can be connected to iPad directly. No X-fer from these devices directly.

Only special Apple dock & Keyboard can be connected to iPad which retails for US$69.

The iPad does not allow multitasking.Even the mobile phones few years back have multitasking capabilities and iPad doesnt have it.

The iPad does not support Adobe Flash, the popular internet video and animation standard. About 50 to 70% of websites now a days use Flash. Apple excluded Flash support in the iPad because it’s a resource hog and would slow down the device & It could also be seen as a security risk.

You cannot add more memory, upgrade the RAM or the processor.

Anything that you purchase is DRM protected, which means you cannot share it.

It does not have any direct video outputs, though video out can be enabled in much the same way as an iPhone of iPod Touch – using additional cables which you have to pay extra for.

AVI or DivX video files on it wont be able to play without some conversion. The videos will have to be converted to a supported format (MP4) and in a supported bit rate and resolution first, then transferred to the device using a PC or MAC (iTunes).
