This screenshot may be saved for further use as well. <\/p>\n<p>Taking Screenshots in <strong>Microsoft Office Word 2010<\/strong> using inbuilt tool : <\/p>\n<p>1. Open a document in Microsoft Office Word 2010<\/p>\n<p>&#160;<a href=\"http:\/\/windowsvj.com\/wpblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/12\/wss-1.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"border-bottom: 0px; border-left: 0px; display: inline; border-top: 0px; border-right: 0px\" title=\"wss_1\" border=\"0\" alt=\"wss_1\" src=\"http:\/\/windowsvj.com\/wpblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/12\/wss-1-thumb.png\" width=\"558\" height=\"165\" \/><\/a> <\/p>\n<p>2. Navigate to \u2018Insert\u2019 tab and click on \u2018Screenshot\u2019 option which is as shown in the screenshot above.<\/p>\n<p>3. It will show you the active windows on your computer. If you want to take a full snap of those active windows, then select the windows from the list<\/p>\n<p>4. Screen Clipping option can be selected to take a screenshot of selective area only and you can select the area to take screenshot<\/p>\n<p>5. Screenshot will be copied to your Microsoft Office Word document<\/p>\n<p>6. Save the screenshot on your local computer by right click on image &amp; selecting \u2018Save as Picture\u2019 from menu<\/p>\n<p>You can use Screenshot feature on other applications like PowerPoint and Excel on Office 2010.
