Using Word 2010 blogging is as easy as creating a simple document in&#160; Word.&#160; To create &amp; publish a blog post via Word 2010 you need to : <\/p>\n<p>1. Navigate to Microsoft Word 2010 \u2018s File Menu.<a href=\"http:\/\/windowsvj.com\/wpblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/05\/clip_image002.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"border-bottom: 0px; border-left: 0px; margin: 0px auto; display: block; float: none; border-top: 0px; border-right: 0px\" title=\"clip_image002\" border=\"0\" alt=\"clip_image002\" src=\"http:\/\/windowsvj.com\/wpblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/05\/clip_image002_thumb.jpg\" width=\"597\" height=\"161\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>2. In the File Menu select New Document and <strong>Blog Post<\/strong> template from list of available templates by creating a Blog Document. <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/windowsvj.com\/wpblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/05\/clip_image004.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"border-bottom: 0px; border-left: 0px; margin: 0px auto; display: block; float: none; border-top: 0px; border-right: 0px\" title=\"clip_image004\" border=\"0\" alt=\"clip_image004\" src=\"http:\/\/windowsvj.com\/wpblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/05\/clip_image004_thumb.jpg\" width=\"597\" height=\"249\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>3. The pop-up asks the user to register their blog account before blogging. For registration, user need to choose the Blog provider in the Blog Registration Wizard. Office Word supports several different blog service providers, including the following: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Windows Live Spaces<\/b>&#160;&#160;&#160; <\/li>\n<li><b>Microsoft Windows SharePoint Services<\/b>&#160;&#160;&#160; <\/li>\n<li><b>Community Server<\/b>&#160;&#160;&#160; <\/li>\n<li><b>WordPress<\/b>&#160;&#160; <\/li>\n<li><b>Blogger<\/b>&#160;&#160;&#160; <\/li>\n<li><b>TypePad<\/b>&#160; <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/windowsvj.com\/wpblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/05\/image.png\"><font color=\"#acb613\"><\/font><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"border-bottom: 0px; border-left: 0px; margin: 0px auto; display: block; float: none; border-top: 0px; border-right: 0px\" title=\"image\" border=\"0\" alt=\"image\" src=\"http:\/\/windowsvj.com\/wpblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/05\/image_thumb.png\" width=\"938\" height=\"292\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h4>In case your Blog provider isn&#8217;t listed, select <b>Other<\/b> in the list of blog providers and select Application Programming Interface (API) and type in your blog post URL In the <b>New Account<\/b> dialog box which may be available from Blog provider. <\/h4>\n<p>6. Type your user name and password which are the credentials that you use to log on to your blog account and Blog Post URL (For WordPress it is a xmlrpc.php file generally found in root of the Blog). Picture options may be configured for Posting the images with blog at appropriate place.<a href=\"http:\/\/windowsvj.com\/wpblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/05\/clip_image013.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"border-bottom: 0px; border-left: 0px; margin: 0px auto; display: block; float: none; border-top: 0px; border-right: 0px\" title=\"clip_image013\" border=\"0\" alt=\"clip_image013\" src=\"http:\/\/windowsvj.com\/wpblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/05\/clip_image013_thumb.jpg\" width=\"439\" height=\"296\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>7. This follows Account Registration Successful. Settings can be changed for the account created or another account can be created by navigating in <strong>Manage accounts <\/strong>on the blog post tab.<\/p>\n<p>8. Draft the Blog post and hit publish button to publish the post on the Blog.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/windowsvj.com\/wpblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/05\/clip_image017.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"border-bottom: 0px; border-left: 0px; margin: 0px auto; display: block; float: none; border-top: 0px; border-right: 0px\" title=\"clip_image017\" border=\"0\" alt=\"clip_image017\" src=\"http:\/\/windowsvj.com\/wpblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/05\/clip_image017_thumb.jpg\" width=\"597\" height=\"285\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>9.
