2010 has been Microsoft\u2019s year undoubtedly. With the innovation and announcements of Microsoft’s visionary products like Kinect , Windows phone 7 and release of Office 2010, Internet Explorer 9 Beta, Microsoft is sure on the Cloud 9. Looking into 2011, expectations from Microsoft are higher. Microsoft Events are a platform for Microsoft to showcase these new technologies and innovations to the world. For 2011, following events are lined up by MSFT. <\/p>\n

CES 2011<\/b>: CEO Steve Ballmer is the kick-off CES keynoter on January 5 at 6:30 p.m<\/a>. PT. Some people are expecting Microsoft to share details about plans to port Windows to ARM and\/or about Windows 8.<\/p>\n

Dynamics CRM 2011 launch<\/b>: The virtual (Webcasted) launch event is January 20, 2011, for Microsoft\u2019s \u201cCRM 5? release. The Online version of the product will be available in January; the on-premises version in the first quarter of 2011.

Mobile World Congress 2011<\/b>: In February (14-17 in Barcelona<\/a>), Microsoft is expected to talk up some of its future update plans for Windows Phones as well as about \u201cMango,\u201d the next release of the Windows Phone OS (possibly 7.5).<\/p>\n

Microsoft MVP Summit<\/b>: This year, the Most Valuable Professional (MVP) invite-only summit is slated for February 28 to March 2<\/a> in Bellevue, Wash. Already got an invitation for the same being an MVP. <\/p>\n

Game Developers Conference 2011<\/b>: Kinect updates can be shared by MSFT in this event. (GDC runs fromFebruary 28 to March 4 in San Francisco<\/a> in 2011.)<\/p>\n

Microsoft Management Summit 2011<\/b>: In Las Vegas from March 21 to 25<\/a>, MMS will be dedicated to the latest on all products and services management-related. Expect possible updates on Windows Intune, the various System Center products, virtualization and more.<\/p>\n

Convergence 2011<\/b>: The annual confab for Microsoft Dynamics ERP\/CRM customers and partners is April 10 to 13 in Atlanta<\/a>. <\/p>\n

Mix \u201811<\/b>: A Silverlight 5 Beta and IE 9 final release are expected @ this event which is happening in Las Vegas from April 12 to 14<\/a>. <\/p>\n

TechEd 2011<\/b>: Microsoft\u2019s annual educational conference, where the talks focus on already-announced products, is happening fromMay 16 to 19 in Atlanta<\/a> this year. <\/p>\n

E3 2011<\/b>: This year\u2019s game extravaganza is June 7 to 9 in Los Angeles<\/a>. As usual, lots of Xbox, Xbox Live, games and game peripherals should be on the agenda.<\/p>\n

Worldwide Partner Conference 2011<\/b>: It\u2019s @ Los Angeles<\/a> again for Microsoft\u2019s annual partner confab, taking place from July 11 to 14.<\/p>\n

Professional Developers Conference 2011<\/b>: No dates or location on this one yet, Expected announcement is a public beta (or at least a Community Technology Preview) of Windows 8 just like Windows 7 CTP in PDC 2008.<\/p>\n
