If you want to launch a program from run window folloe thse steps:-
1. Create a shortcut of the program
2. Name the shortcut anything you want(this will be your run command words).
3. Copy it to the C:\windows\system32 folder
4. Open run window and type in the name.
Note:- In step 3 C: is my operating system.
