Windows 7 : Resource Monitor
One of the coolest new features in Windows 7 is the Resource Monitor. Here’s what it looks like:
This program categorizes all the running programs according to their usage in the filed of Network, Disk, Memory and CPU.
To Access this program just invoke the
task manager and invoke resource manager under the performance tab. But u will need administrative rights for this.
