Recently Windows 7 LIP in Hindi has been released.It is now available for download.

Windows Language Interface Pack (LIP) partially translates mostly used features of Windows . After LIP installation, Wizards,Dialog boxes,Menues,Help etc would be displayed in LIP Language installed.
The part which is not translated would be in the language in which you installed Windows 7.
