Microsoft has released Release Candidate (RC) version of Internet Explorer 9.0 (IE9) recently. IE9 can be installed on Windows Vista, 7, Server 2008 and Server 2008 R2 only in both 32-bit and 64-bit systems.

The download links available on IE9 website redirects to online installers for IE9. Our friend Vishal Gupta compiled a list of all standalone offline installers in approx. 40+ languages.
